Returns Policy

Our return policy is strictly 7 days for sealed and unused items.

 

Unfortunately we do not offer refund or exchange due to hygiene restrictions.

 

Items may qualify for return if item is received with a manufacturing defect or deemed faulty.

 

All tools are careful assessed before postage and signed off fit for purpose.

 

Please email wisteriapronailtools@yahoo.com alongside order number and supporting photographic evidence of faulty tool. This will then be tested by our specialists, and a decision will be made within 7 days.
